ÆMail Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ÆMail. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

• Secure email hosting
• Optional AI assistance tools

AI tools assist with drafting and summarizing but do not replace human judgment. You remain responsible for all content sent from your account.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ÆMail for:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited email
• Illegal activity
• Harassment, fraud, or abuse
• Malware or phishing campaigns

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time.
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. AI Features

AI responses are generated automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÆMail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
